Daniella graduated from Allentown High School in 2019 and went on to study dietetics at West Chester University, her obituary says. She worked as a server at White Dog Café in Chester Springs, PA, and was a fitness enthusiast who loved to cook, was passionate about horses and dreamed of being an Olympic rider.
"Daniella’s big, beautiful personality, and sense of adventure, garnered a group of devoted friends, colleagues and an incredible bond with her sister Kayla," her obituary says. "She lit up the room with her smile and laughter. Daniella was a big practical joker and went all in for a laugh."
Daniella's parents launched a GoFundMe in her memory titled "Daniella Amato's Legacy: Promote Mental Wellness."
"Daniella was a vibrant, compassionate, and deeply caring individual who faced her own mental health challenges with courage and grace," it reads. "In her honor, this fund is dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives, providing resources for individuals in need, and fostering awareness about the importance of mental wellness.
"Through this fund, we hope to continue Daniella’s legacy of kindness and empathy by helping others navigate their own mental health journeys and ensuring that no one faces these challenges alone."
